Cantina is hiring 35 people for a part-time side hustle. You will spend about four hours per day on your phone, engaging with new users on the Cantina app to help them feel welcome. Work happens entirely from your phone. Hours are flexible and may include weekends.
Must Haves
- Strong written English
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps, backup connection a plus)
- Newer smartphone (iPhone or Android, last 3-4 years)
- Available to work weekends
- Comfortable using social apps daily (knows how to like, comment, DM naturally)
- Experience with VA work
Nice to Haves
- Active on TikTok, Instagram, or other social apps daily
- Prior experience with social media management, community engagement, or moderation
- Familiarity with AI chatbots or character AI apps
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with new users in the Cantina app by liking and commenting on their bots, posts, and early activity
- Follow daily engagement targets and scripts provided by the team
- Log activity at the end of each shift
