Cantina is hiring for a part-time side hustle. You will engage with user posts within the Cantina app to help them feel welcome. Work happens entirely from your phone, about 4 hours per day, 7 days a week. Scheduling is flexible - work whenever suits you.
Must Haves
- Strong written English
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps, backup connection a plus)
- Newer smartphone (iPhone or Android, last 3-4 years)
- Available to work weekends
- Comfortable using social apps (know how to like, comment, DM naturally)
- Active Wise account for payment
Nice to Haves
- Active on TikTok, Instagram, or other social apps daily
- Prior experience with social media management, community engagement, or moderation
- Familiarity with AI chatbots or character AI apps
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with new users in the Cantina app by liking and commenting on their bots, posts, and early activity
- Complete assigned engagement actions within ~12 hours of receiving them
- Log activity at the end of each shift
Expectations
- 4 hours per day, 7 days a week - flexible scheduling
- Attendance at the group onboarding call is required.
- Weekly Q&A office hours available (optional, but encouraged)
